Which payment methods are accepted?

 

We use PAYPAL and STRIPE for all our automatic payments. You can pay by PAYPAL , credit card, VISA or MasterCard. All payments through PAYPAL and STRIPE are secure and certified.

 

 

How can I reschedule my booking?

 

Please provide us a minimum of 24 hours notice of any schedule changes requests. You can reschedule the treatment at least 24 hours before the scheduled time

via the Cancel/Reschedule link.

Late arrival policy

 

As a courtesy to our other guests and staff, appointments can be automatically cancelled 15 minutes after scheduled appointment time and charged according to cancellation policy. In the case of late arrival, treatment may shortened in consideration of next client. In certain cases, and when our schedule will allow, we may be able to accommodate a partial or full appointment.

 

 

How can I cancel my booking?

 

We respectfully ask that you provide us with a 24 hours notice of any cancellation requests. If you made an online booking, you will have paid for your massage in full and if the booking is cancelled more than 24 hours before the appointment, you will receive a full refund back to your account. You can cancel the treatment at least 24 hours before the scheduled time

If you are booking your massage within 24 hours of the actual appointment, there is no cancellation and you will be charged the full amount of the appointment. All bookings including online bookings are subject to availability during listed opening hours. Management reserve the right to cancel or change bookings on occasion.
